PCOS affects one in ten women worldwide. It is the most common endocrine disorder in women and is the leading cause of infertility due to ovulatory dysfunction!
So why is no one talking about it???? Up to 70% of women with #PCOS never actually get diagnosed. Because of this, PCOS is sometimes called THE SILENT KILLER!
If left undiagnosed PCOS can lead to many life-threatening conditions such as hyperinsulinemia, hypertension, diabetes, stroke, heart disease and certain cancers. Finding a proper doctor and health coach to help support your treatment can be hard, this is why we need to spread more awareness.  This challenge can and will do so.  The growth that has taking place in only two weeks is amazing and I cannot wait to see how far we can take this!
It can also leave many women facing daily challenges such as irregular menstrual cycles, excess body and facial hair, acne, dark skin patches, depression, fatigue and a host of other symptoms!!! In essence many women with PCOS face frustrations from lack of information, proper education, funding and knowledgeable medical professionals... Biting into a lemon and showing people your lemon face shows it’s a sour deal that needs immediate change!!! So join our campaign and learn more.
1. Cut a lemon wedge and bite into it
2. Take a pic/video biting lemon
